  1. Credit Card & Photo Identification are required at check-in, even for  pre-paid bookings. This is for security and to cover any damage or missing items. 

  2. We do not operate a 24 hour Reception Desk.  The desk is open from 7:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am - 8:00pm on Sundays / Public Holidays. If arriving outside of these hours guests must contact reception in advance to make arrangements. If you do not contact us in advance you will be charged a 'After Hours Call Out' fee, minimum fee of $50.00.

  3. Check-out time is prior to 10.00am on the day of departure.

  4. Luggage Storage is available upon request.

  5. Requests are requests only and can not be guaranteed or confirmed prior to arrival. If your request is actually a requirement please communicate with us and we will advise the appropriate charge that will apply. This includes Early Check-in and Late Check-out.

  6. Cancellations & Amendments: Will not be accepted for South Australian Public Holidays, Long Weekends and Special Event Periods. For all other dates a strict 24 hour Cancellation Policy is upheld. Cancellations must be made via email to reservations@qualityinnpresidential.com.

  7. Check under the 'Dining' tab on our website for notifications on days which the Restaurant & Breakfast Room is closed. The restaurant does not open on Public Holidays or Sundays and may occasionally be closed on other days. Room Service is only available when the restaurant is open.

  8. Credit Card Payments: Surcharges apply 3% on AMEX & Diners, 1.2% on all other cards.

  9. All rooms are 'Smoke Free' and smoking is not permitted in guest rooms - A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached..

  10. We are not a pet friendly motel, animals are forbidden to be brought onto the property - A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached..

  11. We do not offer any cooking facilities in our motel rooms. Cooking and/or reheating food in guest rooms is strictly prohibited - A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached.. Our kettles are provided to make a cup of tea or coffee, please refrain from trying to use them to cook food. If you require cooking facilities inquire about booking one of our fully serviced 1 or 2 bedroom apartments (Bertha Street Serviced Apartments). 

  12. In order to give you the best possible price for your stay we do not provide housekeeping service to rooms on Sundays or Public Holidays. This service may be arranged for an additional fee. At least 48 hours notice is required and all requests are subject to availability.
